Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• All original packaging and materials are included
• The product has not been written in, damaged, or altered
• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used, written in, or damaged by the customer
• Items returned after the 30-day return window
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
